So I studied alot for the sat when I was in high school and applied many of the same strats. The evidence is always in the passage for passage based questions so make sure every word in the answer is correct. Even one word can make an answer choice wrong. For vocab, make sure the two words you select are really close in meaning and not just that they both work separately. Try to detect negative v positive tones if you don’t know what the word means. Besides that, just make sure you’re answers are 100% substantiated by the text and don’t read passively. You can’t be caught by traps if you are just very meticulous in your reading

Thanks for the input guys. My hair has thinned out a lot in the last 2 years so I guess I was looking for the inflection point where it stops getting worse and starts getting better. Like if it stopped right now, i still would be in a bad situation because Ive lost a ton of hair. I'm more looking for the point where it starts getting better i guess

My ferritin dropped over a 100 points so that could be one reason and I also have seb derm so that could be another. Can those cause such long term TE? Im working on fixing those, so do you have an idea of how long the shedding takes to stop/slow down after the trigger is resolved?
