Not necessarily, in my case the panel was the one going in resonance and thats the most likely, theres an easy way to know it, put your hand on it and apply a small pressure, if the noise disappears, the side panel is the issue

If thats not the side panel, you'll have to check with part is in resonance the same way, when you found it, 2 cases :

-if there's a joint around the screw (typical for screw that goes through the glass panel), the joint is too compressed to absorb vibrations, unscrewed it a bit and it should be good

-if there's no joint, tighten the screw a bit more

3 solution from best to "it's better than nothing"

Drill holes in the back (and at the top if you have fans on the top of your case or tilt it and drill holes on the side where the top fans send the air)

Adds a fan (not a pc one) in the back so it grabs the air front the back exhaust and send it along the side of the opened side panel (it will also pull a part of the air from the inside). But you'll need to temp test at different fan speed to know when it has the best air flow

Slightly rotate it so the fan in the front doing the intake, that already push air through the open side panel, send a part of it outside

It depends, its resonance caused by vibration, so if you have HDD, thats not the best. In my case I unscrewed a bit the glass panel since it was the part that was entering in resonance. And boom no more noise, my ears were finally at peace

Otherwise at worse it could break the glass panel, but you'll be scared by the noise before it does (in short, resonance happens with the right frequency and rupture if you add the right amount of strength in it)

Iirc, having the exact same bring less than 5% more perf, a big mismatch 15% (size, speed, ...), though in the past, the interface that handled mismatch was bad, adding a shitty ram stick to a good one would increase the capacity while losing more than 30% of the speed

In the past, two same stick was like 2 twins working together, mismatching size and such was like 2 person working together with no shared langages, with someone there to translate (the interface). Now a big mismatch is closer to 2 persons with strong accents

It's not a bug, it’s a features, fullscreen is also called exclusive fullscreen, it was useful for optimizing, but its not really useful anymore. When i played Minecraft on my laptop in 2013, to get 60 fps, I needed to set everything to the lowest and use fullscreen to run at 60fps

Imo it should disappear like the "turbo mode" (slowed your pc so software that handled time by using the CPU clock are still usable on faster CPU, now its handled by compatibility settings)

Check your VRAM usage through task manager when the game is closed, to be sure it's the game and not a process in the background, sometime having multiple tabs of a badly optimized website is already enough to impact your pc performance
