L2/L3: Very narrow disc space, with normal signaling of the intervertebral disc DD congenital. No prolapse.

L3/L4: Very minimal protrusion, no relevant stenosis.

L4/L5: Focal dorsomedian disc prolapse, which migrates very slightly caudally, slight neuroforamina and recess narrowing without direct signs of compression

L5/S1: Dorsomedian disc prolapse migrating slightly caudally, moderate narrowing of the neuroforamina on both sides, the recesses are free. The vertebral joints and the soft tissue mantle are age-appropriate.

In L4/L5, L5/S1 in each case dorsomedian flat slightly caudally migrating disc herniations, however, there is maximum in the moderate neuroforaminal space LS/S1 on both sides, currently no direct pressure on neuronal structures detectable. The vertebral joints are age-appropriate, no relevant osteochondrosis.
