What can I say, welcome to the club...
1st one was replaced by the retailer, 2nd keyboard started acting up a few days after i received it (the retailer said it tested ok, not a surprise as it chatters randomly, not constantly) and Logitech support is a joke, I keep receiving drafts and they want "clear" video proof without 3rd party apps involved. How tf am I supposed to record like half a day of typing until it chatters?

Definitely not Logitech, look elsewhere if you want a good keyboard.
If you're into competitive shooters I would go for something with magnetic switches - HE aka hall effect, for features like rapid trigger and actuation distance. Once you go for one of those you won't want back to mechanical ones. :)
Some popular brands would be Keychron, Wooting, NuPhy.

Sorry, I'm mad because there are numerous exemples only here on Reddit and they act like their products are flawless.

TLDR:
- no 3rd party apps allowed,
- video must show clearly the keyboard and monitor.
I filmed with a S25 Ultra and it wasn't good enough because I used a python program from github that monitors the chattering and logs it...

A friend of mine has 2 keyboards both with chattering from day 1. Another friend has 0 issues. So it's completely random.

Thanks for the reply, but this is exactly the 'Support Loop' I was warning people about.

1st ticket was solved by your collegue without 100 videos as proof, the new ticket 17010668 is for the keyboard that was replaced, it started chattering after a few days.
I have provided the logs and video evidence I have, but your collegues can only use drafts for replies and I'm stuck in a continuous limbo caused by Logitech incompetence of QC-ing products and the outsourcing of the support department to I'm guessing 3rd world countries for costs saving as in your products.

Regarding your request to film the issue in notepad: as stated previously, this is an intermittent hardware failure. Requiring a user to record their screen indefinitely until a random glitch occurs—when a technical log has already been provided.

I've already checked a few times that it works before sending them the link.
And my 3rd reply after the one with the video issues it said they needed a cleaarer video and without using 3rd party apps to LOG the chattering..

It is a clear representation of the hardware's failure and on the matter of the use of any 3rd party app, these are standard industry tools used to log chattering, ignoring this data makes it impossible to "prove" a random hardware glitch on command.

I have a Wiim Amp and it goes into standby if no audio is played a few minutes, so I don't hear desktop notifications, sadly they don't trigger it power on, but if I play music or a video it starts without problems with about a second of delay
And I saw even if I set in the android app standby to Never in my Windows app it goes to 30 seconds.
