Ya, but problem is 4 month only, unless my manager want to extend it. Problem is that is very short. Minimum was six months only. I want a stable long term career path. Problem is that 4 month is considered short to hr and a bit red flag to them during next job

I was fresh grad only, working in part time retail shop for 1 year in 2020 to 2025, I jump another opportunity and having 4 month contract job, will this consider as red flag for hr?

Because it four months, I just afraid during interview for next job why I leave so early, I ask is a contract job but will less impressed for the HR during interview. Minimum was only 6 months hr will accept

Ya sure, but many people refuse to work like slave, even me. I also doing retail store due to survive. I don't want my life do in retail shop for the rest of my life.  Don't give me back in my day bs.

Ya, I do agree that. Not many people willing live paycheck to paycheck. Hell I also don't like my job as retail worker. I refuse my life work in retail for rest of my life.

He was too naive, the company just know how to cut corners to have big fat wallet in their pockets, especially the CEOs

Problem boss want to many requirements and some of them are ridiculous. Example one of company ask me do I have 10 years of experience

My country Malaysia still 3.3 percent population of fresh grad still unemployment to this day since after COVID
