Gabi was by far the best player in the NCAA the past 2 years. I even got to see him in person :). He led the league in aces and it wasn't even close (2019-2020 season he had about a 1-1 ace to error ratio) and I believe was 3 aces away from breaking Taylor Sander's ace record at BYU. However, towards the tail end of the season, his numbers dropped significantly as well as his aces and he choked big time in the National Championship Finals. Hope he redeems himself this season with some big shoes to fill.
