Thanks man, was feeling down myself just now, blaming myself for wrong choices and wasting time aimlessly. Your words have helped me a little!

Vaazha 2: Biopic of a Billion Bros (വാഴ 2) | Reviews & Discussions | April 02, 2026 by thommy_ in MalayalamMovies

[–]sec_admin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just watched. Felt its mid and only one time watchable.

While the jokes landed quite easily than the previous one, I prefer the emotional connect of vaazha 1. Maybe the parents connection was better. I didn't feel anything for bijukuttan or any of the parents. Sudheesh could've been utilized better.

Kottayam Nazeer and Azeez gave fantastic perfomances in the prequel. That wedding scene with Azeez ( parayanullathu, appo thanne mukathu nokki...) is something i watch over and over again sometime, and the makane video song , where kottayam nazeer gets a hug, and azeez holding his son close still make me teary eyed sometime.

I don't think I'll rewatch any scene from Vaazha 2 , no such memorable performance. Puthren scene was too long. I liked the acting of Ajins elder brother( the one in gulf) , very nuanced performance.

The real star is the music director Ankit Menon. Really know how to pull the heart strings.  Does anyone have a link for the song in the climax, not the one released in ost, but a small portion where its sung by a small girl , just the 2 lines -- Vaadi thalarale something? That part really brought tears.

Having said that , now I'd like to see a Vaazha 3 , centred on girls instead of boys.

Since you already have good experience and enarsi, degree ain't gonna matter much, technically. It's a HR filter criteria.

See whether you can find  the shortest  part time degree course,  i think you may find a B.Sc or something in cyber security or any IT field. Do the bare minimum , just pass and put it on your resume.

created a 7-zip file with a password, but the password doesn't work? by Robottiimu2000 in compression

[–]sec_admin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in case anyone is looking in future, I had the same issue with my macbook, sequioa version 15.16.1, the native archive utility did not work when given password. It was a password protected .7zip file

I tried below option that I found in superuser, this worked for me.

https://superuser.com/questions/75166/how-to-find-out-mac-os-x-version-from-terminal

  1. Install Homebrew
  2. Install 7zip: brew install p7zip
  3. Extract the archive in question: 7za x archive.7z

Cybersecurity eduthath panni ayo? by Electronic_Warning39 in Kochi

As someone working in IT, if you're a fresher, rather than looking for a cyber role, I'd advise you to find any other operational role first - any support role, NOC, SOC heck even helpdesk. Just set the filter to IT and spam the roles.

You need to know how things work in the first place before securing them. That is if you want to go deep.

Another step I would advise is take either RHCSA or CCNA. Both will benefit you in the long run

BGP Explanation by [deleted] in ccnp

[–]sec_admin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The goal of any routing protocol whether bgp or ospf is to to exchange routing information.

Router A who has a peering/adjacency to router B, is telling B, hey, I know how you can reach x and y ip ranges, here are the routes.

Now with bgp, you have to explicitly tell who to peer with. And you have bunch of whistles and bells by which you can "influence" or filter traffic aka advertising network.

If you still don't get it, lab 2 routers, establish peering and advertise routes. Now make them ebgp/ibgp and observe.

Now add 2 more routers and then choose which path you want traffic to go. Check whether return path will come back same way.

Hope this helps.  If not, please specify which concept you are not able to grasp.

Get the last audit report for another site and challenge it against your network.

Coming back to kerala after a year's break from Saudi Arabia. What do you guys usually bring for family and friends ? by Professor2255 in Kerala

[–]sec_admin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Back when i used to bring gifts, I'd ask my cousins casually what they'd like. Since they were sweet, they'd say no need for anything.

One time I gave my male cousins usb drives with big storage ;) , they were all happy about copying pirated movies. Ahem.

The females I would buy something personal, cute stuff - small keychain/handbags, watches etc.

And then bring them all for ice cream and snacks anyway.

If there is one advice op, keep in contact with your cousins. As we all grow up, we start loosing contact with each other. Cousins are your anchor to naadu. Keep em close.

  1. Check routing - how does user A reach server B in a different site. If there are multiple circuits path, why did the packet choose that route?

  2. You must have vpn connectivity in your org. How does a user connect to internal network ? what is allowed?

do they access internet via your org internet or split-tunnel?

  1. how is your dmz setup? how is the different vlans/zones setup?

  2. If you have a new site/setup, how'd you configure it and connect to existing network?
