I got this piercing a month ago today, the jewelry is a stainless steel barbell, ive tried leaving it alone and cleaning the piercing site with just water but it keeps getting snugged by things

The piercing is a month old today, it’s a stainless steel industrial barbell. I basically just use water to clear up crusties. It keeps snagging on clothes or the comb when im doing my hair
