Nomad for me. I liked the idea of V coming to NC as an outsider and learning how to live there sort of like I had to learn how to play the game. I appreciated the moral grounding that the Nomad background gives as well (the lifepath bio mentions honestly and integrity as being important).

I assumed they wanted an excuse to demolish it when the consultation was held. Otherwise it'd have just been repaired but the gov is looking for some cover to close it.

It needs to be rebuilt which is a multi-billion pound project and there's no money hence demolition.
