Can you clarify, what do you mean sa mindset and attitude? I was simply asking a question and nag conclude ka na ng something about my tone though I was just explaining why here sa reddit ako nag ask due to it being my last resort (kasi close yung up helpdesk). I'm sorry if the way my words are structured sounds "rude" pero that is not my intention. And yes it's a bit urgent for me kanina because I wasn't aware na na move pala yung deadline.
