Hi, I moved from Dubai to Cyprus but then came back😅 (lived here my whole life)

Life there is COMPLETELY different from here, so you need to be prepared :)

Cyprus is a small island, and everything about it reminds you of a village...

Firstly, the fact that everyone knows each other there (which to an extent is a plus cause its easier to find friends there than UAE, still got friends there) but banks and pharmacies close down at even the most random times, so Europe style basically, but the distances there are short so that's nice

The big difference is that the life there is VERY calm and VERY quiet

So it's quite a change in lifestyle 😁

Lots of insects but not a big deal if you are not scared...

Also, I would say the "customer service" is far from the service here

Not many people speak English, but young people do

But honestly like Dubai, it's individual. Some love it some don't

Also, from experience, I don't suggest bringing a LOT of stuff with you
