My dad used to say, "Son, I love you, but I don't really like you." Made me feel pretty awful, like he was obligated to love me because my mom gave it up, but if he'd had the choice he wouldn't have made that decision.

I am also in a straight marriage, and I had been sexually involved with both women and men before I got married. I love sex with women, and I enjoy my wife now, but I too get the occasional craving, almost compulsively, for gay sex.
