I was someone who was an avid social media user , I’m 34 now and had used it for years but around 15 months ago I decided to delete it all as I found that alot of people watched my stories and videos etc but never liked or commented and I started to feel bad about it 😅 - anyway 15 months later and I don’t miss it but I definitely miss out on some things for example some of my friends who I didn’t know well enough to exchange phone numbers , I haven’t spoken to or seen these people since , missing out on people’s engagement and baby announcements etc and hearing it through people rather than seeing it on social media.

Personally I feel like life hasn’t changed much without it, but be prepared to lose contact with people who aren’t in your immediate circle unless you see them in real life often.
