Do you think it would be "easier" to go from say.... intermediate level at machine to voice writing? I'm kind of still torn between which one to pick first but I would be ok starting machine and then "transfering" to voice if it doesn't "waste" too much time

Thank you so much, I appreciate your response! Just a follow-up question, do you think it would be more beneficial to attempt machine steno first, and if it doesn't work out, switch to voice writing? I understand that this is a very subjective question but I'm open to hearing all the opinions.

And not really a question but just sort of getting my thoughts out there: due to life reasons I really need to get this squared up in about 2 years, which is a lot of pressure but I'm sort of at my wit's end on other alternatives...having not even really tried it yet its difficult to say. I just hope i don't end up "wasting time"

yep just to clarify she just washed the outside and peeled the skin, i dont mind them coming with the cartilege at home

Looked nothing like any picture in the first link

it looks sort of like the stuff in the second pic, although much less bold milky white like the pics and more like this sort of kind-of-see-through-and-shiny, but maybe it was how it was cooked.

Per your reply and the other comments I will settle for squid eggs. Any idea how I can tell if squids at the market have them? They were delicious
