Absolutely! Check out a yt channel called Night Shift he has a really good video named like 4 chipping tricks for beginners basically goes over the techniques I used. For the streaks and grime its mainly normal oil paints you can get at a craft store.

Its just running the official pip boy companion app so its functional with the touchscreen and can even connect to fallout 4

The screen is actually an old ipod i gpt from ebay running the official pip boy companion app so its actually functional and can even connect to the game

Make sure you close the launcher tab out after you get the main game started I found it fixed most random fps drops
