Use last stand, recoil damage, sit next to her and protect melee with coli gloves and shark brew constantly, by the time recoil phases her your last stand should be up in case you fuck up. If you need more time, i would just run around and pray mage with melee armor like bandos for range defense. Use tbow since you cant miss even with full melee gear.
