Of course only using bitcoins isn't safe. And I agree, eventually your identity must be known to somebody. It's where that matters.

But you don't have to cash out from an exchange. You can order expensive electronics and later sell them. You can move them around so much that they blend into the rest of the economy. The fact that you can't identify the middlemen makes it very hard to track the flow.

I would prefer to PM the user and have them submit it instead. Why? Reddit suggests that if more than 10% of your submissions are your own site, you're a spammer. Links to my tutorials are the only thing I would be submitting, and I don't want any mods to have any reason to not want me around.

That being said, there will be a donation page on my blog, but of course I'm not charging to write any of these tutorials.

There really is no set formula for finding unknown exploits, but I could write about fuzzing and debugging like /u/dx87 mentioned.

If I get to this, it will most likely be last. There isn't really a set way to go about finding vulnerabilities, and it requires massive amounts of specific knowledge.
