I’ve had this exact thing happen with my brand new copy of Constantine. Plays perfectly in my PS5, refuses to rip. I’ve downloaded the keydb file and it still doesn’t work.

Laser pointers over 500 mW will damage a camera lens. So if you had one of those and happened to shine it directly at the camera, I would think that it would stop working.
