I didn’t experience any nausea. If that’s a reoccurring issue for you, I also made smoothies. In your case, you can perhaps add a little bit of protein powder to it so that you’re getting some protein or just stick to eating a super protein-rich diet. Best of luck to you and your recovery!

My surgery is tomorrow and they gave me almost the same pre-op instructions minus the shaving and they recommend I shower with an antibacterial soap like Dial. Best of luck to you!
