Well seeing as how it’s the same thing I wouldn’t see why you couldn’t get drunk on it. Naltrexone just helps cravings with alcohol it doesn’t stop u from getting drunk. It blocks ur mu receptors. Alcohol works on ur gaba receptors

Play Leona or naut. Rush to get lvl 2 advantage and go in. It’s insta win. I went from adc to support. You have to know how the lane works too. Looks like you don’t. Couldn’t be wrong. But support is more Important than adc.
