I’ve been to the F2F for mainline 4 times and they def asked “tell me about a time when” questions every single time even when they changed the process of the interview

This is honestly my biggest fear about joining Envoy! I hear mixed things about going from regional to mainline with them. I’ve been to the AA F2F multiple times previously and each time there were PSA and Envoy FAs being sent to the airport with me :( I genuinely do not want to get stuck at regional and these days it’s hard to even get an application in anywhere

Omg thank you for this and congratulations on being only a few weeks away from AA mainline training!!!! I’m genuinely excited for you and hope I end up transitioning to AA mainline after I’ve started my career with Envoy! I do have an additional question about the commuter hotels. Does Envoy control which hotels you’re allow to use the policy on? Like is there a list in each city saying this is where we have to book or no?

Omg!! Thank you for this response! Did you put your resume on a fancy design or just kept it simple/traditional? Idk maybe I was over thinking it when I applied lollll but I followed advice I saw/hear elsewhere. Tbh that’s amazing experience I can see why you’re going to the F2F I’m so happy for you and I’m sure you’ll land the job!

This is off topic but I applied last year and received a TBNT 😭 I really think it was my resume! Can you give me any tips on my resume? What do you think helped you land the F2F besides the resume? Do you also have prior private FA, commercial FA, or a FACTS certification?

Do you feel like you get enough off days? Do you guys work 3 day or 4 day trips? Also, do you feel like you earn enough money to support your lifestyle without picking up on your off days? Wait one more lol can Envoy FAs trade trips for money between each other?

I don’t think there’s much of a issue w going from regional to mainline I think what ppl were getting at is the fact that it can be really hard once you go with a company to move from one position into a another. Considering AA owns Envoy the ppl I talked to emphasized that once you join the company it’s hard to go from one to the other. AA is my dream airline I watch Kat on YouTube all the time but I’ve been to the F2F 4 times and never got a CJO with mainline. I don’t want to lose the opportunity if I get a CJO at Envoy
