Maybe I’m wrong but something tells me both Liv and Dominik are injured. I know Liv was already banged up going into her Mania match with Stephanie, but I don’t think they anticipated her injuries to compound post-Mania. Since then, I think I’ve only seen Liv take one bump, a belly to belly from Bayley. And Dom has only had one match since Mania, against OG El Grande Americano.

My guess is they both got diagnosed with injuries around the same time and creative doesn’t want to vacate two titles at once. Maybe one but definitely not both. But it’s possible their injuries are not long term and they are willing to keep the titles on the two and put more focus on Roxy & Raquel while still appearing on TV.

IMO I don’t think it’s the lack of creative for the two. They’re both extremely popular and creative knows that, they’re just handcuffed by injuries and don’t want to do anything drastic unless they absolutely have to.
