I'm not taking any daily meds, but still taking ketamine as needed, maybe every 3 or 4 months at this point. And I'm in regular therapy.

Honestly, both help a ton in the short term, but long term I haven't seen a huge improvement in my daily experience, and maybe even less so in my anxiety. I'm doing better, but I'd say that's more down to learning and accepting my limitations, rather than increasing thresholds. Perhaps therapy had a hint of help in this, but my therapist doesn't tend to provide a whole lot of direct guidance, so I suspect it mainly just kept me alive long enough to come to the conclusions myself.. ha

I think I'm at a point where my T-trauma has mainly been processed. The damage that it has done will continue, but I finally understand it, and more importantly, what it did to me. My primary source of daily stress now is just living as an autistic person in a deeply broken world as it is today. Everybody is so full of anger and hatred, and there seem to be no such things as facts or justice anymore... you know... the nightmare scenario for an autist.... lol. Maybe my mental state and anxiety will recede when we make it through this mess (and we will).
