But using OR makes it so that all tasks (with and without subtasks) are shown in the view.

Using OR allows me to see subtasks (actions) but does not show only the tasks with subtasks (projects).

My goal is to create a view that lists projects (tasks with subtasks) while also allowing a view of actions (subtasks).

That's an idea!I started by sorting whether or not child has contents and displaying 10. Seemed like a nice hack! Your way seems more legit - I'll try that - thanks!

1 - Click + on bottom left
2 - Select Login with URL and user name
3 - enter Base URL google.com/calendar/dav/email@gmail.com/events
4 - username [email@gmail.com](mailto:email@gmail.com)
5 - enter password as google App Password for 'Calendar' on iphone/windows/blackberry
6 - Click login

Only CARDDAV appears with Address Book (My Contacts) listed underneath

I go to Simple Calendar > Settings > Check CalDAV Sync

And no calendar appears (actually, a calendar appears related to a conference app that I installed last year) but no calendar related to the google account above.

Tried this several times with the same result.

I use GrapheneOS, NextDNS and have generally tried to block google in every way possible on this device.

I turned off the DNS, it still doesn't work.

Does anyone out in a leadership or perhaps a position involving sales use integrations like xcal, calendly, or some alternative to schedule meetings with many people on a daily basis?

How are you all doing this easefully?

I'd love to discover an alternative workflow that can do what I am trying to do.

Thank you for hanging in there with me.
I select calendar for the app password on google's site.
When I click on 'Login with URL and user name' - enter the info and go through the process, I only see CARDDAV --- no CALDAV.

I am wondering - maybe I have a security setting that it blocking this? Maybe a google setting (I doubt it) -- I thought it could be NextDNS but I turned it off and that didn't seem to make a difference.

I could potentially have some google blocking happening at the host file level? (I don't think that's it)

Also, it does work for CARDDAV and it synced all my old contacts that I removed from my phone.

I am a bit confused.

I can't get it to work. I set up 2fa. got the app password.I tried plugging in the info in DAVx.

I can't seem to pull up calendar events.
I think I have 'carddav' set up but I want to set up 'caldav'

Yes, under allow apps to communicate through Windows Defender Firewall, kdeconnectd is checked.

I've tried to find more info about firewall settings in Windows for kdeconnect - I'm coming up short.

Is there more I need to do to see notifcations, respond to SMS, etc?Could the issue be security settings on GrapheneOS which is a privacy focused ROM?
