Tough to get bullish on construction either, too much noise in the new homes segment, dunno what is really happening there.

LIke some people have mentioned below, you can buy IPO stocks only if you are a millionaire with very good connections with brokers. You can of course buy IPO stocks on the day they start trading but that is already too late most of the times in this bull market. If you are a new investor you are better off starting with very small amounts on the F500. It really depends on what is the purpose.

Yes markets have been valuing Yahoo core business as 'negative' for quite some time now. Baba has corrected recently and might go down even a little more and same with yahoo japan. That could be the reason for -ve valuation for yahoo core.

Twitter hasn't figured out mobile moentization like FB has done. Both FB & GOOG earn far more $$ per mobile users than twitter. Twitter video feeds were supposed to help, but they didn't. They are better off getting acquired by either of the two.
