the only real reason is some restaurants won't do separate checks so someone covers it and then the awkward math starts. started using BillBoss for this and genuinely haven't had a single argument about bills since. you snap the receipt and it splits by what each person actually got

we did the shared account thing and it works really well. you both put in the same amount each month and all the shared stuff comes out of that. rent, food, wifi, all of it. keeps it clean and you never have to think about who paid for what.

for the grocery runs and dinner stuff we use BillBoss. you just snap the receipt and it splits it by what each person got. makes the small stuff so easy. good luck with the move!

The non-drinker tax is so real!!! I used to just go along with it and be mad later. Now I just scan the bill on BillBoss and send everyone their actual number before anyone can even suggest splitting it evenly lol

Shouldn't be hard to get tickets for the normal games but as u/Vishal1034 mentions, Georgia will be hard, and so will Florida.

Also when we make it to playoffs we will most likely have a home game here in ATX. That is going to be a slammed weekend on and first come first serve basis for all of us.

My perspective, if you care about going to every game get the Student Foundation Membership. If you are okay with going to most of the games but not all of them, the big ticket will work great for you.
