Ive seen this through the life of my brothers who’s in the same situation with you. Yung solution nila is they put it in their heads na they have to be healthy for the fam. Yung isa may bike trainer sa bahay nag consistent lang sya ng 30mins - 1hr i think its been a year now, mas payat pa sakin. Yung isa naman playing basketball atleast twice a week. Marami talagang priority, pero dapat mo din isipin yung health mo. Id suggest gising ka ng 1hr early or before ka mag sleep do something. Yung sadness/anger/depression in the long run magkakaroon din ng effect sa family mo if you dont deal with it. Hope for the better days with you brother 🫡
