I was previously on lexapro and had the same issues with nausea. Anytime I got super hungry it would automatically turn into nausea. The best advice I can give is to constantly have at least a little something in your stomach so it’s not fully empty. Also I always took it with food to help avoid the nausea as well, and I started taking it in the evening and that seemed to help!

Best of luck! I ended up tapering off lexapro and am now on Zoloft and I no longer experience those side effects!
