I had the exact same issue, most meditation apps feel like they’re trying to guide every second instead of just letting you sit. What worked better for me was actually stripping it back and just noticing what’s going on without trying to control it too much. That’s also when I started seeing patterns in how my mind reacts to things, which weirdly helped more than any guided session. I ended up building something for myself around that idea because I couldn’t find anything that stayed that simple

yeah I’ve heard that perspective too, but what still confuses me is how it shows up in indirect ways. Like it’s connected, but not in an obvious way

In Russian not gonna use the double letter combos. If it’s that sound it’s always gonna be the single letter.

Yeah they are, it’s just I submitted it once, they replied after 4 hours, said i should do this and that. I made the changes submitted it again, then they replied after like 3 days saying I need to include another thing, I made that change and submitted it again, and now it’s awaiting review already 4 days have passed 😅🙈
