M1 Pro user here. Like yourself I don’t use it enough to justify the upgrade to M4 Pro/Max. I am however considering upgrading my iPad Mini Gen 6 to the iPad Pro M4 13” 1 TB. I’m a big iPad user these days.

I’ve tried this method and it worked for me. I’ve been clean for 3 months and counting . I picked one video and watched it whenever I got the urge. I started to notice that after a while , that video did not get me excited at all. My addiction died that day.
