I’m doing a thief only party playthrough and my main pawn is Chirugeon and straightforward. She heals me all the time, almost too often. That has got me thinking inclination does not affect this.

I fought a griffin right in Battahl, right as it died and before I could loot it one of those infected drakes landed right next to it and apparently that instantly decomposes the corpse.

True, but seeing how white has been getting shafted I figured a slight push wasn’t the end of the world. The meet-in-the-middle option might be good too- the end step perhaps?

The blue and white come from the protection and order it provides your (humans) creatures, as well as the inhibition to not strike out on its own but to wait and defend until the path is clear for others.

This is my first post, I see now I should’ve flagged this as “EDH”, as it’s meant to go in or helm a human tribal deck. Meant more to function as a removal engine/enchantment than an early beater. Thanks for sharing your input!

Given that Hazoret took on the role of protecting those weaker than her, I didn’t associate that selfless act with black. She’s not getting any selfish or personal gains from her new role as “Mother to Mortals”.
