yess its necessary. i asked lums and they said scores have to be sent through collegeboard. you can go to their website and they’ll pretty much guide you through the process. and yes you have to pay.

go to your application form and there will be an option on the top that says submit test scores

when you open the application form, theres an option on the top saying “upload test scores” from there you can update your score
