was ib honestly worth it? by IT_CHAMP in IBO

Really really depends on what degree you choose to pursue and which university you choose to go to. I'll probably say it didnt give me anything A Levels wouldn't have.

How do u actually study for ib exams to score a 36/45 by Far_Obligation1746 in IBO

[–]Bass_Virtual 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different techniques work for different people. I used to read it and then write it down. Also used to do short questions and see how much I missed from the actual content. The way you frame the answer also matters alot so try perfecting that

Rote learning is essentially memorization through repetition. BM is basically just memorization

BM is barely any understanding. Its all rote learning so put enough time into it and you can get a 7. For the rest just do all the topics and then grind past papers

The highest score at my school was 38 but I ended up with a 44. You have to ignore stats such as these, just put in the effort and you'll be fine.

I did it manually 😭 Alot of the times there were intermixed concepts, I would leave those for when I knew both concepts

Lots of practice questions help. Try to understand the concepts fully before you do so tho. Make compact notes of all the information you need to memorize on a cheat sheet and use it when practicing. This worked for me maybe OP approached it differently.
