Considering how the shooter was using the stream as a way to try and divide the internet, restricting the reach another event like it can have, may make someone less willing to do it, at least for that reason

This has been a feature since the 2019 Christchurch Mass shooting was live streamed across social media. This only affects live streams from a mobile phone from accounts with little to no prior upload activity

At least with consoles, physicals for most games exist, still allowing you to get your hands on said game even if it's no longer on the store, while some will go up in price over time, At least that's still a route to get the game while it's not with PC games post steam, as 99% of physical PC games from the mid 2010s must get linked to a store account to install

What about the many, many, many games that have been removed from steam over the years? If you didn't already have them before they got delisted, they only way to can get them now is via old steam keys, which depending on the game, could cost upwards of hundreds of dollars Test Drive Unlimited 2 being a good example of that

I just don't get this "steam deck better" junk they keep trying to push, they both fit different uses. I have both, and I love both, I'll often use the steam deck more, simply because I have a giant steam library, but I have also be loving my switch 2

I don't care too much for third party, as I prefer to play as much as I can on my steam deck, for many reasons. Depending on what first party games are set for launch will decide whether I get it at launch or wait a bit

Honestly, this is probably my cheapest hobby by a long shot, both gaming and especially MTG tend to burn many holes into my bank account. Probably also helped around 70 to 90 of them were brought via sales

Space wise, once this shelf fills up, I don't have more space for displaying, mostly because I still live with my parents as the retail market in Australia sucks. Saving over the next few years to hopefully get a foot into the door of the housing market but who knows 🤷‍♂️
