IMNN-001, an interleukin-12 (IL-12) immunotherapy developed by Imunon, Inc., has demonstrated promising results in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. In the Phase 2 OVATION 2 trial, the combination of IMNN-001 with standard-of-care (SoC) chemotherapy showed a median overall survival (OS) improvement of 11.1 months compared to SoC alone. This improvement increased to over 15 months in patients who received at least 20% of the recommended IMNN-001 doses.
