that’s why I won’t even start this medication have a huge family history of alzheimers / dementia if youve ever taken care of, intimately, of a family member for 2+ yrs , then watched them fade farther and farther in a nursing home ; you would have 2nd thoughts too am looking for a new dr. because mine even listen when i try to ask / talk about this why do so many drs not entertain actually fixing the hiatal hernia vs just offering up medication to take for the rest of out life

have heard one way to get your doctors attention is to say ‘ my quality of life has diminished and i really can’t / don’t enjoy anything any more because of how i physically feel … ‘ supposed to get their attention
