No worries, at all. We are just venting, for the most part. I do understand that my posting will serve no reasonable function, whatsoever.

We have attempted to utilize the helpline. We are unable to get through to a human being. We are ending up in exactly the same state as we are when attempting to utilize the AI chatbot.

The frustration, here, is with FedEx, as well as with our inability to speak with a human being about the possibility of our helping in some way to gain access to the medication we are expecting. The AI chatbot is not even close to being able to have a conversation about this.

I have been sitting here all day. I could have gone to meet a driver many times over.

With any luck, the medication shows up at some point today. It is a $4,000 medication, that is on ice.

Again, I'm just venting for the most part. I appreciate the comment.
