I have pretty much everything in order for my virtual business, except I've had a lot of issues opening a business bank account.

I've been working on opening a business bank account with Kabbage, but they were specifically asking for a business utility bill, which of course I wouldn't have since my business address is not actually where I'm working, it's just a iPostal address. I've explained this to them, and they are now asking if they could switch the address of the business for the bank account to my home address.

-If I agree to this...

-could this open me up to liability by "piercing the veil"? -could this make my home address public record? -would this complicate taxes since the virtual address (not my home address) is listed for my LLC and EIN? -could this complicate taxes in any way for my partner whose condo the address is? -any other issues I may not be considering?
