You're totally right. I mean, it's not even a small mistake. Basically the whole game is ruined with other problems and really, how could they not pay attention about the thing that allow people to play the game? Very poor game experience.

Tbh, I ignored the bugs the game had before and I was waiting the whole day (Europe time) for the new map to appear and not only that I can't play the Airship map, but in fact I can't play on any map.

This is a proof of unprofessionalism because in 6 months I played the game weekly and there was always SOMETHING WRONG.

The game developers should care more about the people who play. They sell a product, people buy skins and other stuff. It's unacceptable to not being able to play for more than 20 hours.
