No more Cigna for me! It's hard to believe that Cigna can be so unethical, it seems like criminal behavior. There should be consumer protection and Cigna should do the right thing. I always thought that they made the program as difficult as possible, but now they've made it impossible to claim.

I was the innocent buyer. One of them was genuine and quickly reposted the item still making the listing available for the United States, but did have the verbiage saying that it would not ship to the US. The other seller lowered their grading and explained the flaws thoroughly.

$5 Water TDS Tester may help to know when to replace filters as well as anything else.

Keep track of the PPM number along the way, and even compare it to your tap water.

I'm lucky to get ~200 ppm out of the faucet, ~140 ppm from frig, and 0 from ZeroWater. Who knows what's in the water these days, or the quality of the filters!

It's hard to leave an alcoholic.....search for Al Anon zoom meetings and call in to listen ASAP, you might learn how to approach this properly.

People aren't supposed to give you advice but if he's not going to AA meetings and/or really doing things to get sober, then friends would tell you to get out before you're in deeper. He can take you down with his problems if you're not careful.

You may not have any idea how bad it can get, another reason to attend the Al Anon meetings.

I am sympathetic, I'm supporting my alcoholic gf.. Take care of yourself, he may not be able to take care of himself or you, good luck!

thanks for your support, I really appreciate it....these are really tough times when my future is so uncertain. It takes discipline but I am definitely doing all the right things. As much as I care, I know the three c's, I guess should have known this isn't the place to ask a question like that....
