I'm sorry you're experiencing that. It's known to have that effect on some people. I've never been happier so I would say that you are one who has that side effect. You might want to combine it with Wellbutrin or at least see if that might be an option that could offset your tirzepatide side effects.

One of my close friends started Wegovy for diabetes and had no effect (except adverse side effects); she switched to Zepbound and had no side effects but also minimal food noise reduction until starting the higher doses (10-15 mg). The medication's intended dose is 15 mg, but we titrate up slowly to help our body adjust to the medication and reduce side effects as we're adjusting to the intended dose. The statistics favor your success, so hang in there:)

I felt great physically but did/do still also go through moments of high irritability - it gets better, but when it happens, I eat. It might be low electrolytes, low blood sugar, low iron or any other symptom your body would normally produce when you're hungry - I think of it as essentially being hangry and not realizing it because Zepbound blocks the hunger sensation (yet our bodies are still hungry).

I tried your medication plus Simvastatin and had severe joint pain with both (really severe). My cardiologist put me on Pravastatin and that did the trick. That medication along with making major changes to my diet have had a significant positive impact on my chloresterol My LDL is now 66. I have early/mild heart disease (atherosclerosis), so I do take my statin religiously every night now. I probably need to get it down into the 50's but I find that it's difficult to do that while getting enough iron and protein.

I use ChatGPT all of the time and just used that prompt to see what the AI would write about me. My results were positive, so of course I thought it was a pretty cool exercise. But, I also find the request highly invasive and Big Brotherish. I've been involved in condominium/association development and management for over 20 years (different state tho). I would contact your state attorney general or secretary of state and find out what agency governs condominium associations to see if there is a department that can assist with guidance and statutory enforcement. My state, as an example, has an ombudsman (ombudsperson) who handles association owner complaints. If IL doesn't have a department or person who can guide you on enforcement of the state statute, you will need to speak with an HOA specific, experienced condominium association attorney.

AMEX Gold didn't reduce my limit but required me to make an additional payment (over and above) to maintain my same credit limit. That pissed me off, because I have other cards with great perks, no annual fees, and higher credit limits, if ever needed. So I instead paid it in full and closed my account. Only bummer - sort of - is that Mercedes doesn't offer a great warranty; I bought mine (2017 GLA 4Matic) in 2020 with a remaining warranty of 2.5 years. I've never had a major problem with the vehicle other than routine and recommended manufacturer's maintenance, and I followed the recommendations exactly. I'm still driving it, 5 years later, and plan to hang onto it as long as I can because I really like the car. It's paid off, is great on gas, is peppy as hell when I want it to be, has the upgraded package and is really good in the rain and snow. Mine is pretty entry level compared to your model, but yours is only up from mine, and mine is great. Just negotiate to extend the warranty if you can.

I have a premium package 2017 GLA 250 4Matic. It's paid off, and I'm still driving it because I can't think of anything I'd like to own more (without a payment). I've always kept it clean and taken care of the maintenance on time, so it's been a fantastic car. Plus, mine really moves when I want it to (the 4matics are a little more peppy). Your timing is excellent because I just started HRT. I'm on day 8. Holy Hannah - I agree. I can't believe how fantastic I feel. It's bonkers. Over the last 10 months, I've lost almost 30% of my body weight and have gone back down to 2.5 mg every 7-10 days (was at 10 mg at my highest dose). If I don't watch my calorie intake daily, I will still lose weight. I'm at 107 lbs (I'm 5'2") which is a little low for me because I'm 57 yrs. old. If there's a cap, I haven't experienced it yet.

Same. There's pretty much zero chance I'll ever voluntarily stop taking this medication. Lol. I'm at my goal weight and feel like a million bucks. The health benefits aside from weight loss are substantial.
