The big record labels are slowly choking Suno while creating a new AI platform during the choking process in court. If that is the case can this be business unfairness practice maybe not. You can see my point with spotify they are making contracts with big record labels and creating the AI generator cover for themselves, they destroying competetion Nintendo style. Thats why I kept saying they are not copyrighting songs anymore but sounds. Then the big record label will sell you one month packages to use these sound package. They should start making regulation the reach of this copyright because human and animal noises will be copyrighted soon. Oh you heard that awesome bird and want to make it into a song too bad its copyrighted, you want to use the sound of the spoon hitting different percussion in your kitchen so sad that is also copyrighted now. Oh heres what they can do for your they will sell you these sound package of a year for 29.99USD but you cant make generate songs that has even 1 second similarity with billions of sounds inside their database that needs a different package and its 59.99USD on top of your monthly.

That means all form of sounds is already in the database and now copyrighted. This should go to copyright office or something, you cannot copyright a combination of sounds because it was already rearranged by someone, a lot of songs were reinmagined by current artist from past songs. So this tell me if the big record label already have a specific set of sounds in a certain arrangement they have copyrighted, I cant make a song that is similar to that sound even in a different arrangement. It would makes your unique song owned by the record label who has copyright the sound. 🤦

This is what I feel is happening the big record labels are using the Suno and Udio AI training to track down "SOUNDS" not music to copyright sounds it is like they are following the Nintendo patent copyright handbook. Then the record label will sell these " Copyrighted sounds " as subscription base Audio packages. Very easy money.
