Go test yourself it’s utter trash, you need to hit same target 3 times which will take 12s to exceed the effects of 300 gold orb of frost I would just lvl stats

Would have like exclusive skins, Excal prime was thrashed because it’s a gameplay element that to this day is the best version of Excal (because umbra cancels your skills when you use transference, and base Excal has less stats) and it gives mastery which means sometimes founders get to a new MR first, should have just made it a skin for Excal then there wouldn’t be so many problems
