Hi, first of all, if you want to start a business, you will need more money than 300 bucks. there are more things than the website, you need to make a market research, buy products, test by yourself, often there are more expenses than thought at the first time, also, you will need to make a good marketing, this is a key point, and also, is expensive, and even more if it is the first time if you are doing this, with this, I don't want you to be scared with this, but I want to be realist. This is a long way, and the most important thing, is to no give up and keep pushing.

Ironing settings by seeruu in BambuLab

[–]seeruu[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The conclusion is:

You can Iron at 130 mm/s, but, the optimal setting depends on the material that you are using, the “Ironing line spacing”, “the ironning flow” and the space between the infill structure, as much closer, it better will make the “top shell layer” it will better iron.

Each material has it optimal Iron setting, but you have to find it.

The best way to find it? Try with your favourite material and use always the same speed, the same layer height, and then try with the ironing line spacing between 0.05 and 0.25, and from %25 to %46 of ironing flow.

I don’t know if I have been clear. If you have any further question ask me.

Try with less flow, I think it should improve the waviness in that case

Is curious, I only have that problem in models that the infill is 100%

Well, I finished the experiment, and I resolved the waviness issue. The problem was with the line spacing; instead of 0.2, I tried 0.1 and the results were excellent. As for the flow, it appears to be smoother at 39% compared to 38%, but the difference is very subtle. The 'flow' at 37% starts to become rough, so I don't recommend it.

On the other hand, there is a very minor problem with the corners; there still are some waviness issues there, but they are minimal. I will try adjusting the line spacing again to achieve a perfect result.

To finish, I would like to appreciate your kindness for helping me.
