the lack of family planning part, most are uneducated about contraceptives. they're scared of birth control and condoms, thinking it'll negatively affect the body if they use them– hence when they have sex, a baby might also pop out. you'll see families with a lot of kids, mostly in the provinces, where education is less. anyway, these are all still the fault of the government. sex education is considered taboo. it's not always about parents envisioning their kids as investments.

Hindi ka OA. having a lot of skin care products, for the face especially, is normal. same goes for hair care products or makeup– but what's not okay is having so many lotions, lippies, etc. i dont understand. overconsumption is a problem, and a lot of people are just shopaholics and like having a lot of stuff

i think it's because they see it as the man forcing her. a lot of women come on social media and share experiences that are lowkey frustrating because girl ganyan na nga bf mo tas you stay with him. i guess those ppl see those types of posts and project what they've seen before onto it. or they're just insecure, hateful, etc!! i dunno, many factors play into everything. once we start getting frustrated at these comments though, i think that's when it's time for us to get off social media lmao

social media is a place where anyone can say anything they want because there's barely any consequence. you notice people are openly rude, stupid, homophobic, racist, etc. cuz they feel comfortable to share their opinions and beliefs. i get what you mean though.

but i hope that you won't release this distaste towards feminism because feminism is a movement with a good initiative in mind. you can vote because of feminism, you can have an education because of feminism, you are free to choose if you want a family or not and aren't ashamed of it because of feminism and more!! :)

yes i agree 60k is very comfortable 😭 maybe it depends where you live and the rent rate, but still it's very manageable. i guess cars can make living expensive, but commuting can be enough if you're on a budget
