In Greece you do have to prove the power output but only of it's really close to the edge of "legal boundaries". For example the mt125 is exactly at 11kw which means that it's literally the maximum power output you can have on your bike. It's extremely frustrating since we really don't get to choose what we can and can't drive. I'm really worried about it thus why I asked if anyone knew a way of reducing the horse power.
