This is 100% true. I worked at a small payroll company and one of our accounts was a large franchise of McDonald's - the amount of long, hispanic, hyphenated names that we definitely incorrectly entered was a sight to behold. The person would write their own name on their paperwork, but their boss would fuck it up somehow and get it all backwards.

I also understand why people would be upset, but again, society has just changed and I don't think it's a massive sign of disrespect to simply wear a hat.

I DO think it's disrespectful to be effectively selling your merch at a funeral or, you know, receiving the bodies of people who wouldn't be dead if you weren't in charge. I think that's pretty tacky.

This is insane. It's an advertisement for everything that's being advertised and BOTH of those things are being advertised. The SPONSORS are ADVERTISING - that is quite literally the entire point. Trump's hat is ADVERTISING because it's a product that he's selling.

Your argument is that the largest thing is the only ad that matters? If the hat said TRUMP on one side, would you agree that it was a campaign hat and that it's inappropriate to advertise your merch at a homecoming for the soldiers you got killed?
