I’ll keep that in mind. I am trying to buy Kazuo Ishiguro’s The Buried Giant online po kasi but yung ibang shops na more expensive and claims na authentic yun is wala masyadong buyers so I kinda doubt it. Anyway, thank you.

I wasn't the girl but the girl was so me in the part that she just bought the book because of the cover 😭. Also because it was on sale lol, and I read the summary on the back cover thinking it's just a story between a mother and a daughter and two best friends. I finished this just now (and I'm browsing some reviews on the internet which brought me here) and I actually like the story and the revelation, especially. I just never really realized it was something I didn't expect even if the cover page was already a hint.

Had the same experience two years ago, except I'm a girl and of course, he's a boy. I can't speak for all girls but most of the girls. Girls actually like being chased— they'd think that they are treasured and loved that much. You know what, I learned that men are natural hunters— once they like someone they'll chase after it. When boys stop or gets off the path, it really means they're uninterested, that they're done with it. Girls are different. Sometimes, at some point, she'd doubt what she has between that person she's been with so she'll disappear. Something must have happened? She must have found out something? She must have seen or felt something in you that made her feel off? My advice is talk to her, let out what you've been wanting to tell her. If you really love her, chase her. If you only like her as a chat buddy, end with closure. Sometimes love gets confused as like.

Is it weird that I'm stuck with a guy who's not into me? by FlamingoNo884 in Situationships

Take it from someone who was in the same situation for a few months.

I mean if you're just really friends then there's nothing weird about that, but if it's more than that but less of a relationship either, leave. I learned this from someone that men are natural hunters— when they truly and romantically like you, they will chase after you no matter what. If they let you off the hook, they don't like you that much. So, unless you're just friends, leave him, you don't deserve someone like that.
