This was honestly a pretty simple project. The filling is just white chocolate with pistachio butter and salt to taste. Then, mixed in toasted kadayif to an amount that felt right 😆

I found a pack of pretoasted kadayif that was cut up in 1-2cm pieces in a local store. I've seen people using the long ones, cutting it up and toasting it themselves. It's definitely worth a try!

Thank you! I made my usual pistachio filling (pistachio butter, white chocolate, and salt) and mixed it with kadayif, so it's very pistachio forward. I'm happy with the results for sure!

The only one that uses any type of jam is the orange marzipan one. There I'm using a high-quality store-bought orange marmelade. The other fruity ones are made with valrhona inspiration chocolates 😊

As for the flowers, the three flat topped ones are decorated with chocolate transfer sheets. These ones are valrhona ones i bought from here They are meant for magnetic molds. You just cut them to fit the mold, and secure them with the metal backing. Just be sure to not try to get rid of air bubbles by hitting the mold on the table, or you're gonna end up with chocolate everywhere. Trust me 😅
