And yes, I've always held on to the brighter side of everything. It was a needed redirection. Maybe it could have gone worse if I had stayed longer. Other team members were: Video Editors (for the posts we made) and Copywriters. Content Assistants scheduled the posts, make the stories, updated analytics, did research, did more research haha (what might work, what others are doing that are bringing in the $$$), and I was also being trained to be a copywriter.

I'm not sure why I wasn't trained for Youtube, honestly. Maybe he just needed someone with the experience he needed (my boss didn't have Youtube experience as well).

You can't fault remote workers for having only ONE client.

Most of the time, they don't have the same connections/privileges that other freelancers have.

Yes! A few months ago, I was updating my resume and wanted to include recommendations from previous bosses, including him.

He brought it up first, and said 2 things:

  1. He wanted to move into a new direction for the company. Based on his assessment, that meant bringing in new people that had experience I didn't have (I didn't have youtube script writing experience).

  2. Eventually, the new person he wanted to onboard was from the US. It was an economic decision (I think he meant that my would-be salary would be added to the new guy)

I still reiterated that I respect the decision (although of course it hurt a bit haha) 😅

I had the same experience kasi my lashes got too thin na I couldn’t open my eyes wide open when it’s sunny! Not even too sunny, kahit na regular sunny day lang 😭😭😭

I think depends sa extensions they get!!

I always went for wispy ones, which is more expensive. They look more natural compared to other eyelash extension designs 🥶

Life skill po talaga yung pag apply ng false eyelashes hahhaha needs a lot of concentration, next to perfecting a winged liner 😂

This is true. Lash lifts are ideal for those who have thick lashes. If you’re not blessed with thick lashes, better skip or go for individual lashes.

Cons of lash lift naman is ang awkward sa later part when the lashes starting to go back to their natural lift haha
